I found the hotel staff to be very cheerful! Desiree at the front desk was so nice and fun. The 24/7 shop is convenient. It allowed me to grab essentials after long days at the parks. Simon at the gate was also very friendly with positive energy.
My only real issue was the room cleanliness. I noticed some crumbs by the bed.
